Valuations are prepared for purposes of purchase, sale, finance, information, asset valuation, capital gains tax, estate duty, immovable property tax, rent control, rent premium, leasehold, density value and others.
Valuations are prepared for the estimation of payable compensation for compulsory acquisition, or requisition, claims for introduction of planning restrictions, street widening schemes, foreshore protection, antiquities and Listed Buildings. Negotiations are carried out with the other party and evidence given before the Court as Expert Witness, for the award of payable compensation.
