Today the Firm Rois Nicolaides, K. Talattinis, Ph. Christodoulou is managed by two basic partners (Mr. Rois Nicolaides deceased): Kyriacos Talatinis, B.Sc. (Hons) Land Administration, M.R.I.C.S, Chartered Surveyor, Regional Manager Nicosia - Larnaca - Famagusta. Philippos Christodoulou, B.Sc. (Hons) Land Management, M.R.I.C.S Chartered Surveyor, Regional Manager Limassol - Paphos. The Firm employs 3 Chartered Surveyors and 7 Degree Holders of British and American Universities, graduates and post - graduates in Property Valuations, Property Management, Land Registration, Project Management, Investment Analysis, a unique manpower all over Cyprus. There are offices in Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca-Famagusta, with Local Managers Kyriacos Talattinis, Philippos Christodoulou and Melina Fili. It should be noted that, the offices of the Firm Rois Nicolaides, K. Talattinis, Ph. Christodoulou, are recognised by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors of the United Kingdom, as training centre for post-graduate training of new University graduates who wish to acquire the title of Chartered Surveyor. Since its establishment, the Firm has trained successfully 8 new Chartered Surveyors out of a total of 9, with 3 additional persons now under training.
